Eric Loeffel is the Executive Chairman for NPMG. In May 2017, he assumed the role of interim CEO. Prior to NPMG, Eric was a director and CEO of CompassLearning, a Marlin Equity Partners sponsored education-technology company based in Austin, TX. Eric led the successful sale of Compass to Edgenuity in August 2016. Additionally, he has successfully led two other Austin-based private equity-backed technology companies as CEO. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate at 3i Ventures and had multiple product management roles for TurboTax at Intuit. Eric graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Accounting and received his MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Max HunsickerChief Operating Officer
Max joined NPMG as Chief Operating Officer in May 2018. Max comes to NPMG with over 20 years of experience leading teams focused on operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience. At NPMG, Max focuses on developing strategy and executing plans to increase revenue, drive customer satisfaction and build systems that scale across account management, sales, marketing, IT, and production. Prior to joining NPMG, Max was Senior Vice President of Client Success at Prologic Technology Systems responsible for implementations, support and training programs for ERP software. Max also led teams responsible for software renewals, implementation and professional services for CompassLearning and held various senior leadership positions at National Heritage Academies, a leading national provider of charter schools. He earned his undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University and his MBA from the University of Michigan.
Scott JonesChief Financial Officer
Scott has 25+ years of senior finance experience with technology based application software companies and will lead the financial operations at NPMG. Prior to joining NPMG, Scott spent several years at Noesis, a Fin-Tech startup, where he led the finance, human resource, legal and administration functions. Prior to Noesis, Scott worked in a number of senior finance positions during his 16 years at Sage Group plc (SGE.L), a publically traded business management software and services company. As Sage’s presence in North America grew from $20M in revenue to $1.2B, Scott led multiple finance teams as divisional CFO. He spent his final six years leading Sage’s North American mergers & acquisitions activities. Before joining Sage in the early 1990s, Scott began his career with Price Waterhouse’s Audit and Business Advisory Services in Dallas. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas. Together with his wife Laci, Scott has 2 children, Keaton & Averi.
Tammy DealChief People Officer
Tammy Deal joined NPMG as Chief People Officer in March 2018, and is responsible for leading and developing people strategies and programs. Tammy has over 20 years of leadership experience with proven accomplishments in strategic management and leading organizational change across diverse industries undergoing acquisition, turnaround, rapid growth and transitional business cycles. Tammy has a proven track record of providing strategic leadership to the executive team and has been instrumental in designing, implementing and leading strategic HR programs to transform company culture into high performing organizations.
Most recently, Tammy was Vice President Human Resources for Aeglea BioTherapeutics, a publically traded biotechnology company. Tammy has also led the HR function for NRCCUA, Compass Learning, Dachis Group, LatinWorks Marketing, Velocity Credit Union, McCoy Corporation and SVISystems.
Tammy graduated Cum Laude from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Communications in Human Relations and is certified as a Strategic Human Resource Business Partner.
Gina GlennVice President, Company-Owned Homes & Land Franchises
Gina Glenn is the Vice President of Homes & Land. Gina came to Homes & Land after owning and operating The Perspective Agency, a progressive business-to-business advertising agency in Newport Beach, CA for 12 years. Gina has been with Homes & Land since July 2002. She started as a Regional Manager, running 3 company owned publications in South Carolina. Gina has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Winthrop College.
Ashley ArnallVice President, New Homes
Ashley Arnall is the Vice President of the New Home Guide. She is responsible for the strategic direction of the New Homes group and its full portfolio of consumer and business solutions. Ashley drives sales by leading the brand and market strategy for New Home Guide and New Homes & Ideas, spearheading product development, optimizing digital strategy and driving overall market growth. In addition, Ashley is responsible for developing her brand’s annual revenue initiatives while leading an Enterprise sales team across the Southeast and Texas. Ashley comes to NewPoint Media with over 15 years of experience in the print and digital media space, leading brands in the Multifamily and Insurance Industries. She has a B.S. in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia.
Rick SmithSenior Vice President, The Real Estate Book
Rick Smith is the Senior Vice President of The Real Estate Book brand. He provides brand leadership and management for The Real Estate Book and Custom Publication Brands offering insight into print, mobile, online, direct mail, and targeted distribution. Rick also manages the independent distributors within The Real Estate Book’s network. Rick has been involved with Real Estate publishing for over 26 years having owned and managed magazines in both Atlanta, GA and Hilton Head, SC.
Wayne Strayhorn is the Controller at NewPoint Media Group. Wayne oversees all aspects of financial operations and is responsible for the day-to-day
management of the accounting department. Wayne has a strong background in accounting management and possesses an in-depth knowledge of internal
controls. Wayne’s career prior to NewPoint Media Group, includes over twenty years progressive accounting leadership roles in the retail sales, building materials, warehousing, transportation and courier services industries. He graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Rosanna BeronDirector, Product & Brand Marketing
Rosanna Beron is the Director of Product & Brand Management for NewPoint Media. She provides leadership in brand positioning/strategy, product innovation, and communications. Rosanna develops programs and strategies for individual channels as well as driving execution of a fully integrated marketing strategy for NewPoint Media. Her background includes a breadth of experience in all facets of business operations and sales having worked with early stage and emerging growth ventures. Rosanna has experience in the full product life-cycle: planning, product design and manufacturing, sales and branding initiatives, and execution to market. She has a B.A. in Latin American Studies from Emory University.
